I feel like without Freya's input of structure or encouragement, I wouldn't be anywhere near to my aim and goal in getting stronger. She made workouts feel accessible and supported me throughout she took initiative to adjust workouts to make them more suitable and left a workout plan that is easy to follow and focus on.
