I started as a professionally trained dancer, meaning before I ever went into a gym, I understood how the body moves, how it adapts and how much it's capable of when you train it intelligently.
That foundation in movement and mobility shapes everything that I do now. I combine it with progressive strength training and hypertrophy principles to help women build strong, functional physiques built to last (not just for a season, but for life).
My approach isn't about extremes. It's about technique, consistency and understanding your body well enough to keep making progress for years to come.

After signing up, you’ll complete an initial consultation, where we’ll discuss your goals, current fitness level, and any preferences or limitations. From there, I’ll create a personalised workout plan and nutrition guidance tailored to you. You’ll receive weekly check-ins to track progress and adjust your plan as needed.
The equipment required will depend on your fitness goals and the program we design together. Some plans require basic equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands, while others are designed for home workouts using just bodyweight exercises. I’ll always tailor your plan to what you have available.
The amount of time you need will depend on your goals and the program we create for you. On average, my clients commit 3-5 hours per week to their fitness routines. We’ll work together to ensure your schedule is realistic and sustainable for you.
Life happens! If you miss a workout or fall off track, just reach out to me, and we’ll adjust your plan. The goal is to build consistency over time, not perfection. I’ll help you stay on track, offer motivation, and help you get back into the routine.
